Pre-Finished Wood Flooring

Pre-finished hardwood flooring is factory sanded and finished floor that only needs installation. This pre-finished flooring is highly resistant to abrasion and moisture due to a high pressure treatment. Comes in many colors, species and sizes. This floor application ensures no chemicals and minimal dust.

Unfinished Wood Flooring

Unfinished hardwood flooring is a product that must be job-site sanded, stained (if desired), and finished after installation. This thick solid wood floor could be sanded many times in its lifetime. This product has not changed for many years and it is available in different sizes, cuts and grades.

Engineered Wood Flooring

Engineered wood floors are produced by banding layers of veneer and lumber with an adhesive. This floor is more dimensionally stable and is ideal for glue-down installation above grade and below grade. Engineered wood flooring is flexible enough to go over uneven concrete and is perfect for basements, kitchens and condominiums.

Parquet flooring is made out of wood pieces forming a pattern or design. Can be pre-finished or unfinished and is mostly glued down.

Strip flooring is usually considered to be the "thinner version" of hardwood flooring. Can be pre-finished or unfinished and is mostly nailed down.
